In many cases, when looking at an older home, it is difficult to choose between doing a renovation and starting from scratch. This house was a bit of a local landmark and quite special to the neighbourhood because of its history. Our clients felt motivated to save it and to retain some of its character. Besides a completely modernized kitchen, the renovations put all the main living spaces on the main floor and created a spacious sun porch with a wonderful overlook of the clients’ property.
