We designed this home for a couple retiring from the Lower Mainland in BC. He owned a metal fabrication business, and was able to create many of the structural features in steel. The beautiful waterfront location has views of Mudge Island and De Courcy Island. The house was turned on the lot in order to balance a desire for a view with the need to maximize solar exposure.
