The Lasqueti

The Lasqueti is a larger and highly energy-efficient version of our very popular Smallwood plan. It retains the open living area and wraparound deck of the original while adding a second bedroom, den/office and three-piece bathroom to the upper floor. Standard insulation values of R-65 (roof), R-32 (walls), R-30 (basement), and R-20 (under slab) result in a home that requires very little energy to heat and cool.
